New User Registration, Confirm / Modify User Information and Change ID/Password
- Log in to the GIMRT Application Website from the LOGIN screen to perform the above operations.
- To use New user registration Form, register yourself as a user and get a user ID and password.

* If an urgent research proposal in Research Divisions and Groups, we might accept it in the middle of a fiscal year. Please ask the GIMRT office or a representative person.
* The schedule of GIMRT proposal will be announced by “Latest News” of this website.
Application Form
- Log in to the GIMRT Application Website and enter requirements to apply.
- Registered proposal list is available from the following fiscal year.
- Read the guideline (*) to see the proposal area and the note.
*Application forms for each area can be downloaded from the side menu on the left side of the GIMRT Application Website. Please note that the forms vary depending on the application area.
Report Register
- Log in the GIMRT Application Website and download a prescribed format (*). Upload it after entering requirements.
*After logging in to the GIMRT Application Website, you can obtain and upload report forms through the “Report and results Registration” section in the left side menu.
